Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged or defective product received.
To be eligible, the customer must send a clear unboxing video (from package seal breaking to full inspection).
No return or refund will be processed without proper video proof.
2. Time Frame:
You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Delayed complaints will not be entertained.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Products with physical damage after delivery, used items, or change of mind are not eligible for return or refund.
Accessories and watches with size/fit issues are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via UPI.
5. Advance Payment Policy:
The ₹200 advance per product is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the buyer after order confirmation.
If the seller cancels due to unavailability, a full refund will be provided.
6. Exchange Option:
If the product qualifies for return and a replacement is in stock, we’ll process an exchange instead of refund.
