Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation:

All orders require ₹200 advance per product to confirm and process your request. The remaining amount (if any) is to be paid on delivery or as agreed.

2. Shipping Time:

We dispatch all ready-stock items within 1–2 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location (3–7 days approx).

3. Cash On Delivery (COD):

COD is available on select products. For high-value or customized items, only prepaid orders are accepted.

4. Return & Exchange:

Products can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

No return or exchange for wrong order placement or change of mind after shipping.

5. Packaging:

Basic brand box is included. If you need original packaging, extra charges apply.

6. Customer Responsibility:

Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel to claim any damages or missing items.
